At Particle, we offer replacement parts for all of our wheelsets. All of our wheels use star ratchet hubs, which are easy to service. If your freehub has worn out splines or bearings, we recommend you change the freehub. We offer spare freehubs for each of our wheelset. If you are unsure about which one to get, please let us know.

Depending on the model, we have options for Shimano HG 11 and 12s, SRAM XDR, SRAM XD, and Campagnolo groupsets

Note: The freehubs come with bearings pre-installed. We do not recommend replacing the bearings on your freehub yourself.

My first impression after roughly 1000 km is really good. Of course they are very light, very reactive, but also very stable as well. I did not loose anything on flat roads compared to my previous wheels (which have higher rims) and I have a gain on climbing roads and more stability on downhills and on windy roads. Overall very good performance / price ratio.

Excellents produits et absolument conforme à la description. Montage de très grande qualité.
Envoi sans accroc et réception parfaite ! Merci 🙏🏽

Mixed feelings about the set. The flimsy box arrived with a hole in it and the wheels inside were rather poorly packed.

Spoke tensions had rather large differencies (two neighbouring spokes had over 20% difference and multiple neighbouring spokes over 10%).

However, the components seem to be of a very good quality for the price. Customer service have responded to all my messages (even though with some misunderstanding). Also the sites include a lot of technical information, which I really like.

I’ve ridden a lot of western brands and Chinese brand wheels, and these are some of the best handling and ride quality that I’ve been on

Very impressed by the weight 1050g and quality of my GCX52 wheelset I just received. If I have one negative remark, it is how hard it is to mount and remove certain tires. Perhaps Particle could do a blog or list of tires and their difficulties or ease of mounting. On a positive note, because of the mounting difficulties I discovered a new tire that compliments the wheelset and makes the overall package 5 STARS
