While accidents happen, that does not mean that your riding has to come to a stop. In the case your wheel becomes unsafe to ride my means of external factors, such as a collision or impact when out riding, during transport, or accidental misuse, we’ve got you covered.

Your replacement will be provided at a significant discount, saving you money and letting you keep on riding. Learn about our crash replacement policy.

Coverage

We offer free shipping to orders placed in more than 40 countries and territories including:

Asia: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Oman, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the UAE, and Vietnam.

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.

North America: Canada and the US

Oceania: Australia and New Zealand

Due to high courier costs, we are unable to provide free shipping to other territories. We are able to take on part of the cost of shipping however. For more information on shipping to your country specifically, please contact our customer service.

Free shipping is only available to orders that include at least onewheelset. Orders with accessories incur additional shipping fees.

Duration

Shipping varies by region and shipping method, with orders arriving within 5-10 business days in East and Southeast Asia to 15-30 days elsewhere.

Expedited shipping is also an option, though there will be additional fees. Understand that delays may occur due to goods having to clear customs at the destination country.

For all of our free shipping countries and territories, we use a tax-included shipping method, meaning that you will not have to pay for taxes, customs fees, or duties.

If you live elsewhere, please contact our customer service for shipping rates. We will cover part of the shipping costs but not taxes, customs fees, or duties.
