Which countries do not have free shipping?

Due to high courier costs, we are unable to provide free shipping to countries including Israel, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and most countries in Africa, as well as South and Central America. What shipping options do we offer? How long do they take?

Shipping varies by region and shipping method, with orders arriving within 5-10 business days in East and Southeast Asia to 15-30 days elsewhere. Expedited shipping is also an option, though there will be additional fees. Understand that delays may occur due to goods having to clear customs at the destination country.

What about taxes and customs duties?

Customers who choose tax-included, free shipping do not need to pay customs duties.

Do all items have free shipping?

Free shipping is only available to orders that include at least one wheelset. Orders with accessories incur additional shipping fees.

How long does order processing take?

If the rims for your wheelset are in stock, order processing takes 5 business days or less. If the rims are not in stock, it make take between 5-15 business days to process your order before shipping.
